As the Graduate Program Assistant, Mary Rae is responsible for administrative advising of current and prospective graduate students. She works closely with the Graduate Faculty Advisor to ensure that students are making timely progress to degree. She also handles the processing of all applications to the graduate program and requests for information from prospective graduate students. In addition, she is in charge of the visiting scholar program, which hosts numerous long-term and short-term visitors from other universities to the department each year.
