As the Business Officer, Dana administers all financial and budgetary matters pertaining to the department, including the oversight of departmental and faculty accounts, all departmental purchasing, and long-term financial planning. She is the departmental staff supervisor and handles the administration of all faculty personnel issues, including merit and promotion cases and faculty hires.
