COSTS

Registration

Registration fees for InField are as follows:

Workshops only: June 23 - July 3 $300
Workshops and Field Training: June 23-August 1 $1000

Your deposit of $200 for the two weeks of workshops, or $500 for the six weeks of workshops and field training must be paid by check or money order, made out to UC Regents, and must be received no later than May 1st, 2008. The balance of your registration (and housing) may be paid upon your arrival.

Housing

Participants will be housed in residence halls on the UCSB campus. Three meals per day are included in the cost of rooms. Single and double rooms are available. If you wish to room with someone specific, please inform us of whom. Rooms are equipped with a bed, a desk, and a dresser. Bathrooms are shared. Rooms have Internet access.

The cost of room and board (3 meals a day) in the residence halls are as follows:

For the workshops only: June 22 (move-in) to July 4 (move-out)
$943 double occupancy
$1167 single occupancy

For the workshops and Field Training: June 22 (move-in) to August 2 (move-out)
$3247 double occupancy
$4014 single occupancy

Financial Aid

We are hoping to provide fellowships to help defray the costs of participation in InField for language activists and graduate students. If you would like to be considered for a fellowship, please check the appropriate box on the application.
